Meg cares for our large lab with such genuine love and professionalism! They always greet us warmly, making us feel welcome right from the start. At the beginning of each appointment, they take the time to discuss any concerns or grooming preferences, which we really appreciate. Our pup always come home looking amazing and smelling fresh. Meg’s communication is consistently top-notch, and their attention to detail is incredible. At one visit, they noticed a small patch of irritated skin we hadn’t seen and recommended we check with our vet. Worth Every Penny
This whole experience was worth every penny and then some! Meg gave me ample opportunity to express my desires and concerns in the application form, texting beforehand, and also a discussion before the groom. My dog was a bit nervous and insecure, so I really appreciate that Meg was able to take their time, give him a break when needed, as well as make accomodations when he was nervous. His coat is so soft, all the undercoat compaction is gone, they trimmed him perfectly to make at-home bathing easy, and he smells SO good. I had a particular request about keeping certain fur long and they respected that, even if it was silly. This was absolutely worth my piece of mind and my dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness.
